THE UNIQUE GASTRONOMY
Unique Georgian cuisine
Our restaurant can host 80 persons and offers unique Georgian cuisine. We offer you to taste our wines in combination with our authentic Georgian dishes from our restaurant and the farm where we grow different plants and vegetables.
FROM FARM TO TABLE
Our kitchen is entirely farm-to-table. We grow a variety of vegetables, fruits, and edible flowers in our vegetable garden, which are then used to present our dishes. We cultivate our vegetables only with natural fertilizers and do not use herbicides or pesticides.
ECO SUSTAINABILITY
Our farming philosophy is entirely based on eco-friendly production and environmental care, which is reflected in our products and even in our buildings. Everything we build is made from recycled materials. The furniture, both in the restaurant and in the hotel, is recycled
WINE CULTURE
We produce not only Kakhetian wine, but also wines from all over Georgia, in order to give our guests the opportunity to get an idea of the wines of both the East and the West.
PRODUCTION
Wine production is carried out both in a qvevri and by the classical method.In addition to wine, we produce various distillates and sparkling wines with unique flavors.
